Age 22 David is a young excellence driven individual originally from Doncaster in South Yorkshire. He came to Liverpool as a student studying Aerospace Engineering with Pilot Studies, along with subsidiary management courses. After graduating, finding a job in his chosen field proved difficult due to the economic climate and he looked to strengthen his already good managerial skills in another field. As the active Operations Manager of Pickled Walnut, David runs front of house and is part of the team who organise the successful events of The Pickled Walnut. Best meal out in the past 12 months? The Wentbridge House Hotel in Pontifract, West Yorkshire. I would not say I have an extensive knowledge of fine dining, however the food, along with the venue and the surroundings, made for an all encompassing exciting meal. It is your last meal who would you invite to dinner? I think everyone would reply to this their family, but if we were to exclude them, I would say Denzel Washington – absolute idol, Shannyn Sossamon – my crush and Lee Evans – comedy genious. Favourite Pastime I am an eager sportsman, so I would say my favourite pastime would be anything involving sport. Ideally, I would like to be playing 18 holes on a Golf Course in some exotic location somewhere in the world. Looking forward too! The forthcoming wedding season. |
