Age 30 My background is fashion which led me into events as I created and ran Liverpool Promoting Fashion, a series of successful Fashion show charity events in Liverpool. I furthered my event career at Sefton Park Palm House working as an Event Coordinator. I joined Pickled Walnut in March and I am enjoying working on our diverse range of flourishing events. Best meal out in the past 12 months? I had a fabulous meal in a place called Murrells inlet in South Carolina. It is on the marsh walk in a small fishing village and the fresh seafood was amazing. It is your last meal who would you invite to dinner? If it was my last meal I would really want to spend it with my family and friends. But I guess the Rolling Stones for entertainment, Ossie Clarke as he is my favourite fashion designer and Gandhi. In the food industry who do you most admire? He is no longer with us but I admired Keith Floyd. I love trying different foods so it was great watching him cook in so many different countries and cultures. He was also a pretty entertaining guy who obviously loved indulgence and having a good time. Favourite Pastime It has to be socialising with my friends, going to gigs and lots of travel. |
