Age 26 but still young at heart After coming back from travelling half way around the world I have settled back in to life and living on the Wirral. Best meal out in the past 12 months? The best meal I have had in the past 12 months was whilst I was in Cambodia. It was a fresh fish BBQ that consisted of Shark, Calamari and Barramundi, which is the best and the freshest fish I have ever eaten. This, coupled with sitting on a golden beach watching the sun go down whilst I ate it, was a truly amazing experience. Or my favourite meal since I have been back is Sapporo's in Liverpool, the food is good but the atmosphere and the level of fun you have in there makes it special. It is your last meal who would you invite to dinner? I think I would have to invite some iconic figures, first being Winston Churchill. Also Martin Luther King to find out if he was scared when he started his revolution. I would also invite Liam Gallagher, Marylyn Munroe and Russell Brand for the entertainment. In the food industry who do you most admire? For me I think the person I most look up to is Heston Blumenthal. I love how he dares to be different in the kitchen and isn't afraid to push the boundaries. He also likes to Put the element of fun back into cooking and food. I personally feel eating and food should be associated with fun and having a good time. Favourite Pastime I am a bit of a socialite, so I enjoy spending my free time with my friends be it at the local pub or playing sport with them. I enjoy playing both squash and football on a regular basis. My ideal day off would be playing a game of football, followed by heading the pub and sinking a few pints with friends. |
